Aracelli Rodriguez

Araceli Rodriguez is partner at the law firm of Walsma & Rodriguez, P.C. She has been practicing law in the Yuma area for almost ten years. Araceli was born and raised in Somerton, Arizona.

She earned a B.A. in Urban Studies from Stanford University in 2007. After graduating from Stanford, she returned to Yuma to work for a Member of Congress. At the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, Araceli focused her studies on water law. During law school, she was a visiting law student at George Washington University in Washington D.C., where she also externed for the Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division. In addition to graduating with the Juris Doctorate from Arizona Law, Araceli was awarded a Certificate in Environmental Law, Science, and Policy with a water law emphasis. 

Her practice at Walsma & Rodriguez, P.C. focuses on probate and trust administration and select real property matters, including quiet title actions. It also includes advising numerous business clients. Early in her career, Araceli’s practice consisted primarily of civil litigation and civil appeals, experience which enhances her probate and trust practice.

Araceli and her staff provide clients with the personalized legal services they need. She makes sure her clients understand their legal rights and will guide them through the legal process when clients choose to assert those rights. Araceli provides her clients with the high-quality legal services needed to advance their cases and resolve their legal issues as cost-effectively and swiftly as possible.  She is licensed to represent clients before the following courts, tribunals, and/or agencies: all state, superior, justice, municipal courts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. She currently acts as a Hearing Officer for the City of Yuma.

Away from the office, Araceli is a devoted wife, daughter, aunt, and sister. She enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her maltipoo Coco.

She and her staff are fluent in Spanish.
